WHAT WE OFFER
Three Ways to Support Your Review

What Sets Our Approach Apart
Independent Line of Sight
We hold no vendor affiliations. Every review note is written from the buyer's perspective — what the proposal says, what it assumes, and what remains unverified.
Structured Question Panels
Rather than conclusions, we give teams a well-ordered set of clarifying questions to bring back to vendors — keeping the dialogue accurate and the review process in the buyer's hands.
Evidence-Oriented Records
Findings are logged against the source document, not held in memory. This gives teams a traceable record that can be shared with internal stakeholders or revisited after further vendor exchanges.
Plain, Accessible Language
Review notes are written for business and procurement readers, not only for specialists. Technical elements are translated into operational language without losing precision.
Scoped to Your Stage
Engagements are sized to where you are in the buying cycle — whether that is a first read, a formal comparison, or a sustained multi-phase review across a larger acquisition.
Malaysia-Based Operations
We understand the procurement environment in Malaysia — from public sector timelines to the expectations of local enterprise buyers — and frame our reviews within that operational context.

COMMON QUESTIONS
Frequently Asked Questions
What exactly does an independent operational review involve?
We read the vendor's proposal on your behalf, note where claims lack supporting detail, identify assumptions that are not stated plainly, and prepare a set of questions your team can bring to the vendor. We do not negotiate on your behalf or provide legal or financial advice.
What is the difference between the three service levels?
The Proposal Review Session is a single-session read of one proposal, suitable for early-stage assessments. The Comparative Diligence Study covers two or more proposals across two structured phases with a written report. The Procurement Diligence Advisory runs over three months and supports larger acquisition processes with a formal framework and staged review notes.
Do you recommend specific vendors or declare a winner?
No. Our role is to surface open questions, document what the proposals do and do not address, and present comparisons fairly. The decision remains with your team. We believe that a well-structured set of questions is more useful than a verdict from an outside party.
How long does the Proposal Review Session take?
We typically complete the review and prepare notes within three to five working days of receiving the proposal. The session itself — where we walk your team through our findings — is usually two to three hours. Scheduling depends on team availability on both sides.
Is this service relevant for public sector procurement in Malaysia?
Yes. We are familiar with the operational context of procurement in both public and private organisations in Malaysia. We do not file tender documents on your behalf, but we can help your internal team read and review what has been submitted by vendors before a decision is taken.
How is payment structured?
The Proposal Review Session (RM 560) and Comparative Diligence Study (RM 1,330) are settled in full before the engagement begins. The Procurement Diligence Advisory (RM 2,700) is split into three monthly payments over the engagement period. All amounts are in Malaysian Ringgit.
How do you handle confidential proposal documents?
All documents shared with us are treated as confidential. We do not share them with third parties. Before the engagement begins, we sign a standard non-disclosure agreement with your organisation. Our review notes reference the document but do not reproduce vendor content.
