How We Approach Every Review
Every engagement at Meridian Stack begins with the same orientation: we are reading on behalf of the buyer. This sounds obvious, but it shapes every decision we make about what to flag, how to frame a question, and which assumptions to surface first.
We do not produce executive summaries of what a proposal says. We produce structured notes about what a proposal leaves open — and a panel of questions designed to close those gaps through dialogue with the vendor, not through us guessing at intent.
This approach was developed over years of working with procurement teams who had received technically sound advice that was not usable in their actual context. Our outputs are designed to be used in meetings, not filed as background reading.
Intake and Context Setting
We begin each engagement with a brief conversation about the buying context — who is reviewing, what stage the procurement is at, and what the key concerns are.
Document Review
We read the proposal document(s) with reference to a structured review framework, logging observations against specific sections as we go.
Question Panel Preparation
We compile the findings into a structured question panel, organised by topic and priority, each linked to its source section in the proposal.
Findings Delivery
We present findings to the client team, walk through the question panel, and confirm which items they want to prioritise in the next vendor interaction.
Written Output Delivered
All notes, checklists, matrices, and frameworks are delivered in writing after the session, in a format the client can share internally or use with the vendor.
SERVICE 01
Proposal Review Session
A session that helps a buying team read a vendor proposal carefully, framing the right questions about scope, support, and underlying assumptions in plain terms. We share an independent operational view — not legal or financial advice. Suited to procurement and engineering partners.
Delivered as one session with notes. Includes a questions checklist and a summary of points to clarify.
RM 560
per session
SERVICE 02
Comparative Diligence Study
A study reviewing two or more proposals side by side against the team's own criteria, presenting strengths and open questions fairly — without declaring a single winner. Guidance is neutral and grounded in the team's documented needs. Best for teams choosing between options.
Delivered across two phases with a written report. Includes a comparison matrix and an evidence log.
RM 1,330
per studySERVICE 03
Procurement Diligence Advisory
An advisory engagement supporting a buying team through a larger acquisition — helping structure the review, document findings, and prepare clarifying questions across stages. We act as an independent operational advisor, not as legal or financial counsel. Designed for organisations making a significant purchase.
Runs as a three-month engagement with reviews. Includes a diligence framework and review notes at each stage.
RM 2,700
three-month engagement
